We will review your self-published book if you’ve submitted it to Kirkus, which has given it a starred review. So we will look at yours only if it is good.

We permit authors to write under a pen name. So the name on the byline is not necessarily the name of the writer, but we stand behind everything we publish. We will not publish work that has been generated by AI. We will publish work written independently by self-actualized robots, if such a thing exists. We will “out” them only with their consent.
